Appointments are finalized after direct confirmation with the client, and any rescheduling requests should be communicated in advance to coordinate crew dispatch.
2. Technical Assessment & Transparent Scope Pricing
In commitment to professional transparency, we do not issue arbitrary flat rates without evaluating property requirements. Final pricing is determined by objective factors including actual square footage, number of rooms or floors, surface materials (such as natural marble or delicate upholstery), soil or post-construction residue levels, or pest species and harborage severity. The exact scope is confirmed with the client before execution begins.
3. Site Preparation & Preventive Safety Responsibilities
- Clients are requested to secure personal valuables, jewelry, official documents, and sensitive electronics prior to crew arrival.
- Clients must notify our team in advance regarding infants, elderly residents, respiratory sensitivities/asthma, pets, or pre-existing surface/fabric damage so appropriate technical protocols are applied.
