Workstations, Meeting Rooms, Reception Lobbies & Safe Cleaning Around Electronics/Documents
Open-plan workstation clusters, private executive offices, and boardrooms are filled with sensitive technology—dual monitors, docking stations, VoIP desk phones, printers, and conference AV controllers—alongside active client files and handwritten notes. Our primary rule in these zones is non-intrusive precision: technicians never spray liquid cleaners directly near hardware, never unplug power or network cables, and never throw away or rearrange loose papers resting on a desk.
To clean occupied workstations safely, technicians use dry anti-static microfiber cloths and lightly pre-dampened wipes to clean clear desk surfaces, privacy screen frames, monitor bezels, and chair armrests while working carefully around any documents left on the desk. Beneath the desk, vacuuming is performed cautiously to avoid snagging computer wiring or power strips, and individual wastebaskets are emptied and relined.
In client-facing reception lobbies and conference rooms, attention shifts to high-impact visual presentation. The reception counter, waiting area coffee tables, and long boardroom tables are polished free of cup rings and fingerprints, glass whiteboards and presentation screens are wiped clean, and office chairs are wiped down and aligned uniformly around tables so the space is immediately ready for morning meetings.
- Spray-free, pre-dampened microfiber wiping around monitors, laptops, keyboards, and desk phones.
- Strict confidentiality rule: zero opening of closed drawers and zero movement or disposal of desk paperwork.
- Careful floor vacuuming under desks to avoid disturbing power strips, network cables, or server racks.
- Polishing of executive desks, boardroom tables, reception counters, and glass writing boards.
- Detailing and uniform alignment of swivel task chairs, boardroom seating, and reception sofas.
